This class is designed for new and emerging tops who find themselves caught between desire and guilt. If you’ve ever felt a knot in your chest when a bottom asks for more, or noticed yourself apologizing for enjoying power, this space is for you.

We explore how social conditioning around kindness, harm, and responsibility can quietly undermine confidence in consensual dominance. Rather than treating guilt as something to push through, the class examines where it comes from and how to gently dismantle it. Topping is reframed not as taking, but as responding to trust, clarity, and invitation.
Through guided discussion and reflective exercises, attendees will practice hearing requests as gifts instead of accusations, and pleasure as ethical rather than suspect. We talk about the difference between harm and intensity, cruelty and care, selfishness and mutual satisfaction. Language, mindset, and internal narratives all get a careful tune-up.

This is not a performance class and not about learning techniques. It’s about learning to stand comfortably in your role, to feel your enjoyment without shame, and to understand that wanting what your bottom wants can be an act of generosity.

Come curious, a little nervous, or quietly conflicted. Leave with a steadier center, clearer self-trust, and permission to want what you consensually give.
