No knots, no patterns—this is rope for meanies, not purists. This hands-on class explores rope as a flexible tool for sadism, intimacy, and primal control. No prior rope experience required; great for the rope-skeptical & for people who want to get to the fun faster. Exercises can be done solo or with a partner. We’ll have plenty of rope to share.

Come learn the basics of rope bondage! This class provides an introduction to the safety and consent considerations that a safe(r) rope practice requires, as well as an overview of rope terminology, rope types, gear, and fundamental knots. Students will learn basic essential anatomy and nerve safety, tips to communicate and negotiate effectively with partners for this type of play, and emergency considerations before moving into hands-on instruction. All experience levels are welcome, and no prior knowledge or tying partner is required.


Requirements: 1 Hank of Rope. Safety Shears if Possible. There will be some rope available to borrow on a first come, first served basis.

Learn how to spin rope in this hands on workshop. We will calculate tensile strength and personalize rope from beginning to end.
