Bash 2026

Begin BASH with a grounding Vinyasa Yoga flow before the start of a busy conference day! Lucia (RYT-200) invites attendees to find mindfulness and full-body awareness in this approximately hour-long flow. We’ll begin with seated breath work, with breathing exercises attendees can use to return to a moment of calm throughout the rest of BASH. Then, enjoy a beginner-friendly flow to gently wake up and build heat in your body, and to prepare yourself for a day of standing, walking, note-taking, and playing. We’ll sink into an extra-long final resting pose to calm your nervous system and leave you feeling ready for the day ahead. 

Beginner yogis are highly encouraged to attend! No prior yoga experience necessary. 

BYO mat and props (blocks, blankets, etc.). 

Doors open at 7 a.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive by 7:15 a.m. to find a spot and set up your mat. 

Come and get your boots and your leather taken care of.

We will have an event bar in the Main Hallway, between Hill Country B & C. This will be a full bar and serving drinks for Bash's evening events. This bar is sponsored by Vark & Co, LLC & BDSM Kinky Play

The drink of the night is the BASH Old Fashioned. A perfect drink to enjoy at the Keynote, BIPOC Social and Cigar Socials. Cash and credit allowed.

No alcohol is allowed in the dungeon, 9pm-2am!
