From mastering different strokes and understanding thud vs. sting, to reading your partner’s responses and refining timing, this class covers everything you need to deliver and receive caning safely and effectively.



We’ll discuss:

1. Types of canes - natural and synthetic, their unique characteristics, and how to select what works for you.
   
2. Techniques for precision, control, and building anticipation, including hand, wrist, and elbow mechanics.
   
3. How to read physical and emotional cues to keep your scenes safe, intense, and enjoyable.
   
4. Practical considerations: positioning, aiming, body mechanics, and aftercare essentials.
   
5. Safety, hygiene, and risk awareness, so you can explore intense sensations responsibly.
   

This class includes a demonstration and guided discussion, emphasizing observation, awareness, and the experiential learning needed to refine your craft. Participants are encouraged to bring a partner along with one stiff cane and one flexible cane.


Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner looking to hone your skills or a curious newcomer ready to explore, you’ll leave with confidence, knowledge, and the tools to make caning an artful, connected, and thrilling part of your play.

Ever call yourself stupid, fat, or ugly? What if every time you did, someone made you stop and apologize to yourself and then follow it up with a compliment? Welcome to the wonderfully humiliating, oddly healing world of forced self-love.

This class explores how kink, accountability, and a little bit of sass can be used to break the cycle of negative self-talk. We’ll dig into what happened when a notoriously self-deprecating submissive was required to compliment himself every time he insulted… himself. Along the way, we’ll touch on the psychology behind it (think Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other sneaky tools you already have in your pocket), laugh at the awkwardness, and maybe even learn to say something nice in the mirror without cringing.
